yes, Lee, really nice work. I was wondering if the Cap'n could make any comments with regard to this data. I haven't had a chance to think about the implications too much, but on the surface it does not seem to spell disaster.

It looks like we doubled our debt load in the last twenty years. I must say, I have personally done the same and feel confident that my finances are well under control (and my debt burden was higher than those presented here).

Any commentary to these numbers?
