Aside from that, it amazes me that you post quotes that are effectively all true. Never said I did. When I'm wrong, I admit it an move on (and I've been wrong many times in the past, and will be wrong many times in the future). The fact that they elected not to patent it at this time does NOT mean it doesn't exist as you are insinuating. Once again you are putting words into my mouth. I never claimed the software was vaporware. Its just clear to me that you either didn't understand how software patents work or had bad advice or both. There are a host of other people on this board that don't think the software can meet the claims, but I've never commented on its merits. I stand by my comments on selling short. I think this says a lot. As John states, it is an established FACT that you can short BB stocks. No point in continuing this discussion any further. Have a great 4th everyone!
