If that was your point, why did you cut and paste a SLAPP suit that had nothing to do with any illegal activity? Do you really think my objecting to your trying to put words in my mouth is 'denial'? Did you go to the SEC web site?

If short selling manipulation is such a problem, why are there practically no cases brought? They certainly have no problem finding cases to bring against people who are trying to sell worthless stock at inflated prices to gullible investors. Call it denial if you like, I call it observation of reality.
