I hear you, Jack. Since Lisa and her cohorts won't leave and the rubber stamp board won't make them leave, maybe the best result is receivership and an auction of what assets remain, including the research portfolio. My guess is that the smart money is waiting on the sidelines for the collapse so it can rush in and pick up the library for peanuts. It is sooooo infuriating.
