Anybody want to work up some stats on the companies that have, so far, brought these suits? Except for Raytheon, which had a very legitimate complaint--and which also settled out of court--it's for the most part SLAPP. The others really may have--just my opinion, lol--major problems completely unrelated to what "bashers" may or may not say.
I find the HITT suit particularly comical. I get star billing, whoooaaa. I didn't even post on this thread until after the first Bloomberg article came out. I've never said anything about HITT that wasn't true. DAMN, I keep asking that idiot "bob" to cite a post, but guess he can't manage it.
Hey, HITT Men, you've damaged my good name. If you want to settle, well, get in touch. Just a suggestion. Otherwise we can go to discovery, which I think might be quite amusing.
