I personally don't think Mpv will Break 3 bucks before the news.
Too many are bailing when the stock moves up.The De-Beers factor.Why it takes these guys so long its got me.
Look at Winspear.

If I were a Company I would never joint venture with De-Beers.Yes they got cash but they have no class when it comes to Shareholders of Companys there joint ventured with and it shows and the market knows this.
Eg.Mpv,Suf,Ggl,Mgj,Aot and of late Gmd.
