OT I understand what you're saying re: trains, but I just can't help but envision one of my favorite scenes in cinema - from Woody Allen's 'Annie Hall.' In an autobiographical flashback to his childhood, Woody and his family live in a hovel next to the amusement park. As they attempt to carry on a conversation, a rollercoaster roars overhead, shaking the place as if during an earthquake! LOL Great scene, great movie.
