Janice, I'm afraid you'll have to seek compensation from HITT and B.Wire. As per clause 31b-8:

Should any lawsuits be brought upon either of the parties by corporations whose ticker symbol rhymes with 'sh*t', this contract shall be deemed to be null and void.

Since both lawsuits are unwarranted, you should have no trouble gaining compensation. Chump change or not.
