Considering 90% of the population of silicon valley lives in a 1/2 mile wide strip of land
that parallels highway 101 (and Caltrain), there arent many people that ARENT near the
train.

I am always baffled why anyone would want to live in your neck of the woods. There are no trains near me, no interstates, no smog, no noise except that of the local animals. We still have the same communication equiptment, we are within 100 miles of Pittsburgh, Cleveland or Buffalo to enjoy professional baseball, hockey, basketball, etc. Alos, museums and great orchestras. I am just trying to figure it out.

By the way, I nice piece of land here sells for about $1,000/acre.
