<we are within 100 miles of Pittsburgh, Cleveland or Buffalo > Therein lies your problem. LOL (Glenn, to be honest, I hate location snobs, so that was mean of me. But I must admit we love it here, and this is after living in many other parts of the country. As we live and work where we do, we rarely drive on a freeway, or even drive at all. I prefer biking in the beautiful weather, as most destinations are within a few miles. It's like living in a small city (60k population) with all the urban advantages at one's fingertips. And I can sell you a 7500 sq. ft. lot for only 500k!
