(Glenn, to be honest, I hate location snobs, so that was mean of me. But I must admit we
love it here, and this is after living in many other parts of the country. As we live and
work where we do, we rarely drive on a freeway, or even drive at all. I prefer biking in
the beautiful weather, as most destinations are within a few miles. It's like living in a
small city (60k population) with all the urban advantages at one's fingertips.

Rob,

I can understand your preference for where you live. I was teasing a bit. I also have lived in various locals although I have been here now for a long time.

I gave only the pluses.

I also enjoy biking but one needs elephant legs to do that around here. One has to come back up for each hill one goes down. Not so easy. Due to our altitude and position south of Lake Erie, we average 275 inches of snow per season. Add the hills to that and winter is not easy. My son and I drove 2 hours to the Pittsburgh basball game today but stayed two innings due to the intense heat and humidity. Lots of driving for a game.

And I can sell you a 7500 sq. ft. lot for only 500k!

I know what a loft is but is that just a second story in a building in your area?

Glenn
