What do you base this on? Unless the market gives back some gains, LU is not likely to drop back on its' own. There have been a number of analysts touting LU recently and with big fund money returning to the market, I would expect stability and even a bit of a bump on the way into earnings. Then again, a market decline would certainly lead LU back to the 60's.
