Hi John,

On Jan 23, you said "I, too, wonder how a company with such a reasonable valuation (low pe, low pb) can be so overlooked." Well, it looks like it wasn't overlooked after all.

To those of you who have been complaining (rightly so) about the lack of management investment, does this qualify? Does INTC now have the clout to be of help to management?

I am hoping that this overlooked stock will now become of interest to institutional buyers. The timing is good with the overall market pressure on non-tech stocks.
