I'm told--although I don't know yet for sure--that the Anthony Elgindy mentioned toward the rear of this article is our very own Anthony@Pacific. I posted an inquiry on his "Dear Anthony" thread to see if he would confirm or deny it, and to find out what his comments are, if any. It'll be interesting to see what comes back...
