David: Betty meant that CGRM has $6 PER SHARE in cash, which is accurate. It's also one of the reasons I'm invested in the stock. Calculating Enterprise Value against the current $9.5 stock price, one would subtract that 6 bucks of cash, adding back in any long-term debt (of which CGRM has none). In essence, you get the company as a going-concern plus $6 of your cash back for every share (or the whole company) you buy. So we have CGRM available at an effective $3.5 a share, against $6 of book value after cash is netted out ($12 b.v. minus $6 in cash). Not too shabby, especially for a strong, growing company with honest, open management........
