Makamai, Lucent/Ascend merger may be related to the SYD AT&T news that was avoided by Owen at the AGM? lucent.com./ascending/ This is good fodder to chew on... The SYD VP of Federal Sales and Marketing, Mr. Peacock came from Ascend where he was Strategic Account Manager and worked on Ascend Federal sales. Perhaps now we can hear something about this...
