WAVX "only" going to take 25% of the transaction now? They are "only" going to take a cut 1,000% greater than VISA and run VISA into the ground at the same time as VISA makes a charge into this E-Commerce arena? I know why WAVX management might have adjusted their cut down from 40%... it's probably because they realize that they need to give OEM's a 25% cut (instead of the 1st proposed 10%)to have any hope of getting any box maker to sign on... well guess what, the box makers have all the leverage and WAVX has none cause unless WAVX gets penetration pronto, it's game over. Give it a month and I'll bet the new ratio will be WAVX 15%, Box maker 35% and Content producer 50%. Face it, WAVX is going to have to sell it's soul to get any real box maker to incorporate it.----gj

P.S. even if WAVX were to "only" take a 25% cut and Box makers were to take 10%, that is still friggin 35% compared to VISA's 2-3%. Merchant's bitch at having to "pay" VISA's 2-3% premium, I'm sure they will love the idea of paying 35-50% then...LOL.
