Greyvest holds a controlling share of Synex International, SXI. I am a shareholder in SXI but not Greyvest, it is my opinion the SXI is in good financial shape largely due to the timely investment which Greyvest made into the company. SXI seems to be undervalued by the market and "Trilon Securities Corporation has been retained, to assist the Company with the repositioning of its assets in order to realize the underlying shareholder value."(VANCOUVER, Feb. 3 /CNW/) It has become my understanding that Greyvest is interested in selling this asset which is an investment they have done very well with. Right now we are waiting to hear how SXI is doing with their new Financial Reporter software product which has been on the market for a few months.

VANCOUVER, Feb. 3 /CNW/ - SYNEX INTERNATIONAL INC.
TSE: SXI

The Board of Directors of Synex International Inc and the major
shareholder, Greyvest Capital Inc., believe that the market is significantly
undervaluing the Company. As a result, Trilon Securities Corporation has been
retained, to assist the Company with the repositioning of its assets in order
to realize the underlying shareholder value.
Synex International has three wholly owned subsidiary companies covering:
the development and marketing of business intelligence and accounting related
software; the development and operation of electrical power facilities; and
engineering consultant services for the control and use of water, including
hydroelectric facilities.
