NO cookies!!!

They are an invasion of privacy, I pay to access this site, and I should be given the benefit of doubt in being able to safely and consistently log onto SI. Given these facts, cookies can only have one purpose, to TRACK USAGE AND SURFING HABITS, in order that marketers and other collectors of information can better track my PERSONAL AND PRIVATE use of this website.

Make it illegal in the Terms of Usage to allow ANY use other than for automating the logon procedure, and then I would consider it. I still wouldn't like it, but at least I'd consider it. In summary, no cookies, unless SI is willing to put in writing that they will NEVER be used for any purpose other than to automate logging into the site.

Regards, JB
