BDE: Floorless financing? techstocks.com Read Zeev's response also. Now, realize, Zeev's response was based upon only that excerpt of the SEC Filing. I do believe him about the floorless situation, but would like to know about the issues that make BDE's financing in this case a good thing rather than a bad thing. I have had a very bad experience with a bb stock which had floorless financing. Can anyone shed some light on this issue. What is different about BDE's situation? Thanks, Paullie
