I believe that SFLX had more intellectual property of lasting value that should also increase its value in a purchase.

With the cash, it's unlikely to go at firesale values. i.e. - there's no urgent need to dispose of its assets.

My guess is that AFLX sale was not completely voluntary, but something that its bankers "encouraged".

Yet the Street valued this company at about its cash / share, so I'm not prepared to estimate that it will command any significant, further premium.

My perception of SFLX prospects and reality obviously differed.
