NEW YORK, March 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Management Technologies Inc.
(NASDAQ:MTCI) announced today that on Tuesday, March 19, 1997, two subsidiary companies, MTI Holdings (UK) Limited and MTI Trading Systems, were placed into administration.
The company also announced that on Wednesday, March 20, 1997, Winter Partners Limited was also placed into administration. BDO Stoy Hayward is acting as administrator to all three companies.
By placing these companies into administration, MTI will be able to focus on its core businesses and provide an ongoing service to customers.
