Sent to XSNI requesting press release with substance:
CC also sent to Nethead - Dr. Gushuran Virdi - and in my email to this Dr. of Nethead, I asked specifically if Nethead was XSNI, too.

Dear Dr. Kathuria, I understand that since March 4, 1999 press release regarding the Lucent
technologies deal, there have been no further public updates. Since it is not the policy of
xstream UK to issue press releases in the interest of the shareholders in the US, I have
requested Lucent release the update since they are a publicly held company and HAVE to be
accountable to the SEC in the United States of America. The following is a small synopsis of
events to date, including the March 4, 1999 press release.

The information provided by Lucent will substantiate the valuation of XSNI, xstream UK the
free ISP in the UK by a verifying third party.

Since you are an officer of the corporation, could you please tell me why Lehmans UK did
NOT know about XSNI being processed for the IPO? Or is it going to be XSTR? Is XSTR
going to be a subsidiary of XSNI or a spearate spin off? What are the revenues to date - has
the April 30, 1999 shareholder statement been released? I thought that several
firecrest/megacom now XSNI shareholders were expecting that the April 30, 1999 report
would have been in their possession by now - it is July 5, 1999.

Of the number of accounts you have set up - numbers range from 150,000 to 400,000 -
what is the EXACT number of ACTIVE accounts you have and how many HITS to xstream
UK the free ISP daily do you encounter/experience. What the shareholders in the US have a
right to know is the exact number and accounting that can be verified.

Also, Mr. Manning told me that there were 20 million warrants in addition to the 34 million
common shares; there are actually 50 million common shares, now exactly hoiw many
warrants are there?

We, as shareholders, desire to be winners with this stock, and we want to know the direction
this company is taking us and we want to be able to verify the information provided by the
company with credible third parties.

Please issue a press release with pertinent investor information immediately. Your attention to
these "details" will be appreciated. If you care to receive any of the information I have
received to date during my investigations, just let me know.

Now I have to go and get some shopping done, and take my baby BART for his ride. Hope everyone had a nice holiday; can't wait to go skiing again - it is HOT in Texas. :) Jacalyn
