Concerning using debt...........
They just paid off all their debt and had to pay a $277,000 charge
for early repayment of debt. Plus they were paying about $37,000
per quarter in interest payments. 5 mil. more shares isn't that
dilutive especially if the money is used right in their plans of
growth.
