From IPO.Central"Liquid Auto look decent. It has some issues that need to be resolved. Record companies are going to be skeptical to sell downloadable music over the Net," said Steven Tuen, an analyst at IPO Value Monitor. "But it is estimated that this is going to be a big market. It's a nascent market and there are a lot of competitors, but music over the Internet seems to be very popular. It's something that lends itself to the Internet medium."

Internet music retailer Musicmaker.com Inc., which had delayed its IPO in late April, is slated to come public this week. It should also benefit from the interest in the music delivery concept, analysts said.
