I post that link to the government web site on my site because you can find just about anything there. While I am not savvy enough to understand it all, I would start there. I quickly scanned through and found amount of government debt held by business which I think is a different animal but also found amount of corproate and industrial loans held by banks (this excludes government small business loans etc) at this link
economagic.com

Of course you would have to cross check this with how many businesses there are, amount of income generated to see if the debt is borrowed to increase return on invested "borrowed" money or if they are losing the borrowed money etc. I don't have the time to day to research it. You might be able to just take a short cut and cross check this with total generated income from private business which I do believe is there somewhere to find out if they are getting ahead or behind.

Good Luck,

Lee
