Don I am a major skeptic, but, in actuality there are venues for such a machine, to the point in which Tege of switzerland and Ore-Ida have invested millions. Ideas: bank and supermarket lines, wherever people get tense and angry, freeway tollbooths, ski lifts, every NY subway car.
