most likely not QWst. If you read the Wall Street Journal last Friday, it is very likely one of the Bells that just got approval to merge with the other one. They must expand in 30 markets(speaking from my memories of reading the article)in the next 12 months as part of the agreement and concession. Well, those 2 bells has no present in West and GSTX is a very attractive buyout that can take care of many of the major markets in the West.
