HELP, BLUE has a browser problem!!! (Joan is laughing)
Alright the cat is out of the bag, I've been snitched on. I still can't believe I have a browser problem and perhaps I've been wrongly diagnosed with "Bubba's Disease" aka browser problems.
First this computer is a DELL (I'd fly nothing else) and my current browser is MIE - Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0, I believe. I'm still using Windows 95, by the time they came out with the 98 it was almost 99 so being cheap (frugle), I didn't see how that was good use of my money, I'm waiting for Windows 2000 or whatever the new stuff will be.
The signs and symptoms are no error warnings or anything like that, it is just when I go to the GNET personal page all of the links and most of the text is in red. Others have told me they see their page in blue but not me, mine is as red as can be. This happens on no other site so I don't see how it is my browser but, hey, I'm no computer expert.
Then when Caorlyn tried to help me with my browser (that sure sounds funny), I didn't see what she was seeing under "Edit". So that ended that fix right there. This is a real shame as I can't even look at my GNET personal page as it is so bright and ugly ( mix that red with "baby poops orange" and it will drive you off the site).
Due to how I've been censored and harassed on the internet before, I wonder if this is not a way of you know who, messing with GNET and my mind. Hey I'm not paranoid, nothing they do would surprise me. They made me this way due to past experience. I've seen boards vanish before my eyes so changing the color of a font would not surprise me.
Anyway, most of the Techriders are not a computer dummy like me so if you can help me with my browser problem I sure would be thankful.
