The following comments are responses to several posts made over the weekend:

RSH - That post was back in April. I am glad I exited but to be fair about the contents of that post, at least La Guardia is now responding back to the shareholders. However, it will take more than responding back to shareholders to move this stock.

RSH - I wasn't planning on posting again to this thread since I'm no longer a shareholder.
I don't think it is inappropriate for a non-shareholder to post if some information or insight is given. However, if someone were to bash a stock in hopes of picking up cheaper shares then that is unethical.

OSC - Also take a look at this header for the MDMI thread it stated that MDMI would be reporting long ago but it keeps dodging the process.
It also makes reference to inaccurate float and shares outstanding. Isn't there someone who wants to rewrite the header?

MS & MM - As to becoming a reporting company, don't hold your breath. Verrill's been "working on it" for over a year.
He's been "working on it" since 1995!!

Why not just say he has been working on it too long.

RSH & DD - I don't believe that MDMI will be able to successfully compete against the Albertson's or any other large grocery store "in-house" bakeries.

I took that statement to mean "compete" against the "premium" shelf space within the respective stores. If this will be just an augmentation of their in-house bakery than the product line offered will be significantly diminished compared to Massimo running the bakery.

DD, you said it well in your posts 3109 & 3115 but the question is: What is the level of products that will be supplied?

I do think that MDMI will do well long-term but I think the current shareholders are going to need patience to the Nth degree.

David
