It has some meaning - it does tend to limit near term upward expansion, tho stocks can continue to be overbought or oversold for extended times - just look at the ADIC chart. The limit factor is partially that investors with TA background may wait for a pullback, rathe rthan buy in while a stock is overbought. Scott
