Once more, Truthseeker MISPLACED the TRUTH and LIED...
What I truly believe: Flodyie, who harassed the SHAL thread and SHAL's CEO to tears of blood, all of a sudden turned coat! Why? because, IMO, he received a handsome pay off to stop harassing SHAL and even becoming mildly supportive! BTW, the legal term for this type of action is Extortion.

Ger, the stock had a small spike and now is sinking back down because Krause has lost all credibility with the investment community and is a conning, lying, thieving fool. I suggest you run like hell away from this company before they get your money too!

I know two things. 1. VHS is traded on the Alberta stock exchange and that is where Krause defrauded investors. 1. Stockhouse.com is the registrant.

After many weeks of coverage Truthseeker is dropping coverage on SHAL.
After going over the press release Garrett Krause is doing the right thing by actually doing a IPO and is going to file a registration on TheMovieSource.com with the SEC. This one could actually be successful.
"TheMovieSource.com intends to file a registration statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and conduct an initial public offering ("IPO") of its stock sometime in the future. However, TheMovieSource.com can provide no assurances that it will conduct an IPO, and is unable to comment at this time about the timing or any specifics of an IPO. Efforts to prepare a registration statement for filing are currently underway."

4) Conclusion:
So, to me it's clear that on the 24th June 1999, between 1:02pm and 6:35pm, Flodyie received money to turn coat and lay off SHAL. The following day, he took off on a 10 day Holiday, another coincidence? The only little "mystery" left: how was Flodyie contacted, since his particulars would have to be known for a payment to take place....
