I didn't understand the SEC filing the way you did, i.e. that they could only exercise it if it was oversubscribed.

As this is a NASDAQ stock, why can't the M/M purchase and hold shares to resell to the public? If the current price is 15 and their option was at $10.50 it seems clear to me that if there was significant public interest, they would have gobbled up the option.

It will be intereting to hear what Piper has to say.
