Rande, I think it is mere coincidence that the SAM's have ended up with converitbles for financing. UOLP, BDE, IRSN (still) had been stocks trading under 5 with questionable cash flow/financing. Eventually, when they can't secure a normal means of financing, the debenture ends up being the alternative.

btw, I fully believe BDE's mgmt knows what the convertible may do to the stock price, hence all the disclaimers. Most co's entering into these type of deals are aware of the potential damage. I think Zeev and John G will agree with me on this point.

Looked like $7 a week or so back would have been a nice exit point, at least until we see how this shakes out. Has anyone called mgmt to ask a few questions along these lines?
