They may feel they want 1 billion for themselves. Then they have taxes to pay and restricted covenants to abide by and the possibility that the acquirer may want their services for 5 years. Being involved in a new company would mean products that were not sold to the acquirer. Frankly, I would like to see them get 1 billion for their end. That would mean my share would be worth that much more. Benny
