Who is Joe Schmoe in your senario ? The customers using wave could care less whats happening behind the scene. They only care how much it is going to cost them for thier content such as a movie, software, subscription based systems, or any digital content (and more) that they want. All of which can be distributed on a micro basis allowing them to pay for only what they want. Rent to own and the like.

How many seconds does it take to explain that you the customer now doesn't have to pay for the whole thing at once, Only what you use ?

Only took me 2 secs to read the above line and it already sounds like a good idea, tell me more !!

If your talking about the content providers as Joe Schmoe then how do you propose they will offer secure micro transactions of their products & services ? Visa sure doesn't allow payment for electronic data on a per use basis.

What if I need the use of an expensive program but only need it for a day, current models won't allow me to use it with out spending a whole lot of money. What if I want to watch a movie but decide that it's no good and don't want to watch anymore or that I won't be able to watch that pay per view fight I already paid for. With the wave system I will only be charged for what I watch or use and the best part is I will never be charged more than someone paying for the whole thing at once.

Why wouldn't content providers want to participate in a such a revenue stream ? They are already knocking at the door and signing up with out question.

Please clarify Joe Schmoe ?
