More of the SAME: Management Tech (NASDAQ:MTCI) units in U.K. oversight ====================================================================== NEW YORK, March 21 (Reuter) - Management Technologies Inc said on Friday that three of its subsidiaries were placed into administration in Great Britain this week. MTI Holdings Ltd and MTI Trading Systems were placed into administration on March 19. Winter Partners Ltd was put into into administration on March 20. BDO Stoy Hayward is acting as administrator to all three companies. Administration is a court-appointed receivership, similar to Chapter 11 proceedings in the United States, according to a spokesman for U.K.-based Management Technologies. Management Technologies, in a press release issued in the United States, said that by placing the companies into administration, "MTI will be able to focus on its core businesses and provide an ongoing service to customers." Management Technologies stock was unchanged at 1/16 in Nasdaq trading. Copyright 1997, Reuters News Service
