Philip, allegations do not prove illegal activity. The allegations are made over activities which are not illegal. It seems a lot of folks are under the mistaken impression that posting a negative opinion of a stock should be illegal and actionable. It seems if more than two or three folks agree that a particular company is not completely aboveboard, or might be a good short sell that there is some sort of conspiracy. The 'net and its opinion threads are not the center of the investing universe. The pump'n'dump will continue primarily from the long side, because that's where they make the big money. Barb
