Considering that even at its 1999 peak the stock was lower than when he started shorting the stock, that's really hard to believe. Did you make that up to make yourself feel better?

It's amusing how all the chronic victims have gotten themselves worked up about a SLAPP suit. Wow, maybe the pumpers will shut up the critics. Then you can use these threads to their highest and best purpose, to go 'rah, rah, sis boom bah'. But then who will you blame when your stock inevitably crashes?
