Offering Size: 4,000,000 shares of common stock

I'm a bit concerned about the total shares outstanding
after the IPO, there will be 27 million shares outstanding
NOT including another 10 million under options
and their stock plans!

THAT'S 37 MILLION SHARES!!!!

No Profits and trading at $38?!?

HMMMMM..... Come on FCM, you can do it!
