Henry,

Here is what JD said Friday night on LSI and Citigroup. I take this as a hold not a sell.

"Two stocks that helped get me into the winners' circle are Citigroup (NYSE, C, $48-7/8), which has been one of the best performing stocks in the Dow in 1999. Citigroup is my former employer and a stock I have followed for more than twenty years. And, of course another long-time favorite of mine, LSI Logic (NYSE, LSI $47), helped me a lot. LSI was the best performing stock in the S&P 500 in the second quarter. The question I will face on the show tonight is will stocks like these do as well in the second half for 1999. My bet is that they will not. At best both of these stocks look like they need a rest for a while."

Cheers,

Steve
