It is doubtful that Lucent would have accepted stock as either compensation or collateral. Bear in mind that when Lucent cut the deal with the X-Stream Network, XSNI had not started trading. This assumes, or course, that XSNI and X-Stream are one and the same. Additionally, since the contract involves "technology" and "services", the X-Stream Network may not have taken possession of a lot of hardware. Lucent's collateral may be limited to the actual hardware. Who knows, someone may have stepped up with a personal guarantee. BTW, the X-Stream SmartShopper press release has finally been posted on the X-Stream web site. Hope you had a good 4th.
