Toby: Where did you try to do the keyword search? If you click on StockTalk Search, it brings up a search box that you can enter keywords into, and get keyword search results. I tried searching on "lawsuit" and got the same results from both sites, i.e. new and old. The Go box at the top left corner is meant for quotes and only recognizes valid ticker symbols. We are going to make this more clear as a couple of other members were confused by it as well. If you're still not getting keyword results from the StockTalk search, then please let us know. thanks...Bryan
