Afaq, it doesn't look like this abuse of the legal system has at least one defendant worried: #Subject-29259

There is no 'law enforcement' involved here, it's a civil suit. Any Tom, Dick or Harry with $150 can file a lawsuit. It's strange how some folks seem to think it's 'criminal' to have a negative opinion of a stock. Gosh golly, think how high SYQT would be trading if no one had pointed out that it went out of business. Yes, truly it is the folks who point out the bad things, and not the bad things themselves that make a stock price fall.

Let's see, the stock was about 36 (adjusted of course) when craig showed up on this thread. Amazon may have done him in, but not pathetic little Osicom.

Perhaps you might find I'm very active on other threads if you'd have bothered to look. I'm certainly not worried about SLAPP suits, if that's what you're hoping.
