Too late... ebay.com But seriously, when are they going to the redundant servers. The outages we have seen can easily be limited to a few minutes. The 24+ hour outage was due to not keeping up with patches that were available, in addition to not having a back up. Seems like the 3-4 mill. in lost revenue would have been better spent going to a redundant system.
