Thanks for taking a poke........so in your opinion its management then traffic (because without the keen forsight of management they will never figure out how to drive traffic in the first place...) and then web site development.... sounds reasonable..... Let me offer this.......IMHO.....The abundance of Traffic for the majority of web sites is the most important factor......The key is how to get them their......Even though the internet is in its infancy, finding unique ideas to bring a site new massive traffic is the key.....management come a close second as they are the ones who determine what to do witht he traffic upon arrival... so...the next question is......HOW CAN WE BRING HUGE MASSIVE TRAFFIC TO YOUR SITE? Looking for ideas......mike
