The Nasal Gel can suspend other drugs besides Zinnulose,
the active ingredient in Zicam.

The most obvious would be an antibiotic against Staph Aureus.

Has anyone ever had or seen foliculitis? An infection of
the hair follicles? Sometimes associated with Hot Tubs?
This is caused from S. Aureus, and the treatment is applying
Bactroban ointment on a q-tip and swirling it up the nose
where the bacteria resides.

Nosocomial Infections (hospital acquired )are much more serious,
particularly among surgical patients.

It would be much more pleasant for the patient to use a Nasal
Spray with Bactorban, than an ointment. The Nasal Suspension
used in Zicam is unique because its just not a liquid mist,
but a spray gel that keeps the active ingredient up the nose longer.

I'm only thinking out loud...And this was alluded to in the
Conferance Call, but Mr Brown hurried and shut the
Gel Tech doc's up when they started talking about the future
of the Nasal Suspenion itself.
