Sorry, DCF, I can't let that go. During peacetime, there's no issue of whether I duck out of service in an ongoing war while others are forced to go because they lack connections. The issue is did George Jr. violate the Selective Service Laws, or encourage others to violate them on his behalf. If he engaged in influence peddling and rules breaking, he may certainly be unfit to be President. And that's true regardless of what I personally may or may not have done in peacetime--I ain't the guy asking to be Commander-in-Chief and the nation's Chief Law Enforcement Officer. I may not be qualified for those posts. I am qualified to say that my President should not be a lawbreaker (assuming any such thing is proved about Junior). Don't you agree that your President can't be a man whose conduct toward his fellow Americans was disgraceful, if this story is true?
