Here are a couple of reasons PEGA may have come down so hard....
1) the lock up period for insiders expired in late January. I
notice that insiders own 87% of the shares and I am sure everyone
wanted to lighten up their holdings. Coming at a time when small
cap tech stocks were being sold created a situation of all sellers
and no buyers.

2) the SEC recently changed the amount of time that a restricted
security must be held from two years to one. The change is effective
in April. This may cause more stock to come out of insider's hands
and I wonder whether institutions (knowing all of the above) are
selling ahead of the insiders.

3) I have to believe that a company with such outstanding
fundamentals (at least that is according to the analyst reports that
I have read---not my personal opinion) will bounce back but possibly
the bounce back will be delayed into May/June. Having more stock
in the hands of more investors will hopefully preclude the one sided
kind of action that PEGA recently experienced.
