I do not call the fact that a company asks a judge to consider that they have been damaged by the actions of individuals an 'abuse of the legal system'... With all due respect one could ask for relief it does not mean they will prevail... I am much more interested in the outcome.... Perhaps then you may have a better argument that there was an abuse of the legal system..... but wait at least for the results.....
